MilikiRumah is a company that acts as a landlord for rental properties with an option to buy. Our program is designed as an alternative and complement to housing financing products. Those who have not received a housing financing product can use our program to then switch to housing financing products, continue the program with us, or exit the Program by following the agreed terms and conditions.


2. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in various ways. Information that we may collect in the Program includes:

a. Personal Data: Personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, national identification number, email address, telephone number, demographic information, such as age, gender, hometown, and interests, that you voluntarily provide to us when you create an Account in our Program or when you choose to use the Services, including personal information contained in documents related to your loan financing application for the purpose of purchasing a home and/or other property. You are not obligated to provide us with any personal information, but your refusal to do so may prevent you from using certain Services of the Program.

b. Derived Data: Information that our servers automatically collect when you access the Program, such as your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, your access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Program. This information may also include the name and type of your device, its operating system, and other interactions with the Program and other users, as well as other information that you choose to provide.

c. Mobile Device Data: Device information, such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer, and information about the location of your device.


3. Where we store your information that we collect

The information that we collect may be transferred and stored within or outside the Republic of Indonesia by parties who work for us, and/or our Third Parties outside the Republic of Indonesia. d. Third Party Advertisers: We may use third party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit the Program. These companies may use information about your visits to Our Programs and sites contained in web cookies to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
